What you'll be doing We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales and business development to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. This role combines key account management expertise with the strategic capability to establish and expand business operations across new markets in the Lower Gulf region. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners, and contributing to the successful market entry and growth of cutting-edge luxury tech brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and nurture relationships with key retailers, e-tailers, and strategic channel partners to drive brand performance.
- Develop and implement sell-in and sell-out strategies to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with partners to create accurate demand forecasts and manage inventory effectively.
- Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Lead the expansion of operations into Lower Gulf countries, identifying new market opportunities and building local partnerships.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each market’s unique dynamics.
- Develop and maintain distribution channels while negotiating terms that align with business objectives.
- Monitor competitive trends and provide actionable insights to optimize business strategies.
- Continuously analyze and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technological solutions that simplify operations.
- Provide clear feedback loops to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with partner needs and market demands.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve decision-making and measure the effectiveness of strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Act as a bridge between brand principles and local teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and partner meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
- Drive internal initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives, such as training programs or partner workshops.
- 6 to 7 years of experience in sales, category management, or business development within the electronics or technology sector. Luxury Tech will be an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously.
