The Pool Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the swimming pool area, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all patrons. This role exists to maintain high safety standards, manage pool staff, and ensure all pool activities and services run smoothly in compliance with local health and safety regulations. The Pool Supervisor is pivotal in promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining the operational integrity of the pool facility. Implement efficient operation, maintenance, repair work, and cleaning of all swimming pools and water features, ensuring maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. Ensure all pools and water features are always in proper and good condition. Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in the same position for at least 1 year
- Luxury hotel experience is a must
- Passion for excellent service
- Excellent team player with great communication skills
- Good command of English
- Able to work under pressure
