VP Transformation - PCG

The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG Enablement & Control stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and generate the desired business impact.
• Apply strong organization skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance.
• Take ownership of workstream issues and challenges deploying problem-solving and analytical skills, content knowledge, and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver the desired impact.
• Drive communication for relevant initiatives (as required).
• Develop effective relationships including spearheading Change Management within PCG.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business.
• Lead simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets.

Qualifications

• Must have a Masters or Bachelors Degree in business-related fields.
• 10 years experience in Banking Industry, preferably corporate and investment banking.
• Must have experience in Strategy, Business management, and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Project Management skills required to drive a large-scale transformation.
