Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade photos and videos for various platforms including social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing collateral. Produce compelling visual content that highlights the unique offerings of SEVEN Wellness Clubs, The Dose by Silvena, m ri skincare, and You Clinic. Independent Work: Work autonomously to manage shoots, create content, and deliver final assets without constant supervision. Coordinate with teams remotely when necessary, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and project briefs. Brand Alignment: Ensure all content adheres to each brand's aesthetic, tone, and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all deliverables. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams as needed to ensure visual assets align with broader campaigns and objectives. Event Coverage: Document events, collaborations, and activations, capturing engaging and high-quality footage that showcases the vibrancy and ethos of SEVEN Group. Post-Production: Edit and retouch images and videos, optimizing for specific platforms and audience engagement. Manage color grading, audio syncing, and other technical aspects to produce polished content. Innovation: Stay updated on photography, videography, and editing trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects. Experiment with new techniques and formats to elevate the creative output of SEVEN Group's brands. Asset Management: Organize, catalogue, and maintain a library of visual assets for easy accessibility and reuse.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various mediums.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without supervision.
• Expertise in photo and video editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Skilled in both studio and on-location shooting with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media content requirements and trends with experience optimizing content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle the demands of working across multiple brands.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members when required.
• Experience working in wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors is a plus.
