What You'll Be Doing The CRM trainee will assist in the development and execution of the CRM marketing calendar for different brands. The person in this role will support in planning and executing marketing campaigns (including email/SMS/WhatsApp/push) while supervising the design and content for every brand.
- Successfully deploy CRM marketing campaigns based on business goals, customer insights, and their behavior.
- Segment database to ensure relevance to customers and optimal use of the budget in each campaign.
- Develop, execute, and track the efficiency of A/B testing campaigns to provide recommendations on how to optimize brands communication.
- Support in the development of any activity related to 1:1 communication with customers.
- Assist in the execution of Customer Journeys for the different clusters of customers within each brand.
- Given the defined Customer Journeys, support in the creation of assets for each brand.
- Lease with the graphic design team for the assets and the marketing team for alignment with brand guidelines.
- Perform data analyses post campaign and reports to deliver customer insights and recommendations of each activation.
- Education: University degree in marketing / digital marketing/ Engineering.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- 1-2 years of work experience in digital / CRM marketing using Marketing Automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any CRM marketing tool.
