Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the development of long-term master plans that align with the strategic goals of the organization or project.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the planning process from conception through completion ensuring all milestones are met.
- Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the plan are integrated and cohesive.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations and zoning laws.
- Community Engagement: Engage with community stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
- Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
