Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team focused on selling insightsoftware's market leading solutions across the MEA region. This critical position will be responsible for leading an all-star sales team of 5 regional Sales Executives who sell both new logos and to the installed base. Reporting to the DVP FP&A Sales, the chosen candidate must be a self-starter and lead the team to exceed quota as well as drive pipeline generation activities. You will also be highly capable of developing and managing executive relationships by conducting business-driven discussions whilst also leading negotiation planning strategy and execution.
What will you do
- Manage a direct sales team to deliver software bookings goal.
- Provide accurate forecasting both on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Work in conjunction with Professional Services team to drive services revenue into the region.
- Develop and coach a specialist team of expert sellers to meet the highest standards of sales process and success.
- Direct sales activities, prioritize efforts and hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle.
- Drive a structured MEDDIC process with deal management.
- Coach and mentor sales team to uncover customer needs, develop champions, present specific use cases, demonstrate the differentiated value of insightsoftware products and services, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms by selling value and return on investment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment closing large strategic deals.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong experience as a Sales Director in roles within Enterprise Software.
- Understanding of Financial Reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.
- ERP familiarity.
- Up to 40% travel.
- Ability to work from home.
- Highly experienced in software solution sales with very strong Sales leadership experience.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
