Parts & Service - 75% of the Job Duties Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage parts inventory, process warranty claims.
  • Order/receive necessary parts by filling out purchase order.
  • Follow up with venders on back ordered items.
  • Match packing slips to receiver to invoice.
  • File all documentation to facilitate an efficient A/P process.
  • Coordinate the transfer of parts with the other branches.
  • Follow-up with parts and service bills and orders.
  • Enter and complete all work orders pertaining to role.
  • Provide quotes and estimates to customers.
  • Enter maintenance schedules for all equipment.
  • Maintain a system for tracking repairs and estimates.
  • Work closely with shop to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate parts pickups with drivers.
  • Assist with ensuring new units are fleeted and ready for rent.
  • Ensure all shop supplies are stocked.
Safety Coordinator - 25% of the Job Duties Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring Safety Compliance: Implementing and monitoring safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform monthly walk around branch safety inspections
  • Chair monthly safety meetings
  • Ensure all safety paperwork is completed in a timely manner
What You’ll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the customer service/retail/construction industry, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter, very customer service oriented and works well in a team environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Very flexible in doing various tasks to satisfy our customers.
