What we need: This position is responsible for the day to day activities of the Inside Sales Specialists. Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to all direct reports to maximize activity, efficiency and results. Develops a motivated team of revenue generating employees who can articulate the features and benefits associated with Brady’s suite of products and services. What you will be doing:

  • Own phone and software set up for new hires
  • Write and maintain up to date email templates and cadences using prospecting software while verifying consistent and uniform usage
  • Collaborate with product management on new product launches
  • Use quantitative data to conduct performance reviews and yearly merit process
  • Collaborate with direct supervisor on Inside Sales SMART goals and Incentive Plan (spiffs)
  • Understand buying personas associated with most common Brady verticals/industries
  • Identify process improvements (particularly as they relate to the usage of Salesforce, Nice, and SAP) to allow for a more efficient workplace
  • Monitor pipelines for all reps performing Telesales work to ensure aggressive and ongoing follow up
  • Launch outbound call campaigns to support the individual needs of the Field Sales Reps (with whom Inside Sales is geographically aligned)
  • Perform monthly live call audits and provide documented coaching
  • Manage CRM dashboard in order to create visibility while simultaneously holding reps accountable to daily and monthly performance metrics
  • Provide Sales/Ops with accurate data regarding spiff/incentive plan pay out
What you need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience required (title of manager, supervisor or team lead)
  • Minimum of two years of Inside Sales experience
  • One year of experience using Nice, Mitel, or comparable call center software such as five9, or Salesloft Sales Dialer
  • Two years of Salesforce.Com experience (or other relevant CRM)
  • Strong sense of urgency, highly decisive, with ability to delegate
  • Up to date passport with the ability to travel 5-10% of the year
Desired Know, Skills & Abilities:
  • Fluency in French
  • Experience both cold calling/prospecting on net new accounts and experience managing inside or outside sales reps responsible for calling on new new accounts
  • One year of ERP experience
  • History of successfully partnering with outside sales/field sales
  • Experience selling both direct and via distribution
