We are expanding due to client demand, and seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team, focusing on the IT and Digital sectors. The Role: As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in new business development/client engagement, as well as sourcing and placing high-calibre professionals within the IT and Digital sectors. You will have the autonomy to manage your own desk, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and be a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven individual looking to take ownership of a thriving recruitment portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development - New client acquisition and further development of live accounts
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing offers and placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT and Digital industry.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and industry insights.
  • Develop and expand your network of high-level candidates across IT, data, cloud, management consulting, and digital transformation roles.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through a mix of client development, account management, and candidate placement.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate, contributing to the overall growth of the team.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an agency side Recruitment/Sales Consultant within the IT and Digital sectors.
  • Strong business development background, capable of winning new business regularly
  • Extensive experience of either SoW staffing, contract or permanent recruitment
  • A deep understanding of the IT and digital landscape, including knowledge of key roles across areas such as UCD, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Software Engineering & Architecture, Agile Transformation, Cyber Security etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets.
