We have partnered with an innovative Pharmaceutical Healthcare company that is transforming the way medication is delivered and patient care is experienced. Following a period of significant success, they are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth in the UK market. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute new business generation strategies
- Establish new novel product and service strategies across pharmaceutical and public health clients
- Accountable for all new therapy specific generation, new proposition developments and new business RFPs.
- Accountable for the delivery of a pipeline of opportunities that has good levels of conversion probability.
- Deliver on agreed metrics, including P&L and other financial KPIs
- Strong communication with senior executives and directors across the company to secure and deliver new business
- UK based - Remote with occasional travel
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business .
- 5+ years of business development experience in the Life Science field
- Extensive experience in client engagement in the pharmaceutical and public health sector
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel for conferences and client meetings.
- Strong track record of leading commercial negotiation with senior stakeholders
