- Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement targeted campaigns to engage SMEs and promote your services.
- Collaborate with Local and Global Peers: Share insights and best practices with thexton armstrong’s local and international network.
- General management background or expertise in two or more functional areas (sales, marketing, finance, business development, or consulting) or,
- Proven success as an independent consultant, coach, or business owner.
- Familiarity with SMEs, ideally with B2B experience in the United Kingdom.
- Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Confident and motivated to take risks for significant rewards.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.
- Tenacity and Grit: Perseverance to overcome challenges and meet ambitious goals.
- Curiosity: A people-oriented mindset, open to new ideas, and eager to collaborate.
- Fluent in English.
- A solid, relevant professional network in the United Kingdom.
- The ability to secure investment to acquire the franchise license and fund the business launch.
