MCS Group is excited to partner with a leading provider of security services to recruit a Sales Executive . This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with experience in the security industry to secure high-value contracts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth in a competitive market. About the Role The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and securing new clients requiring 168-hour manned guarding contracts , delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Collaborating with internal teams, this role is instrumental in achieving revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development : Identify, target, and secure new clients for high-value contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and up-selling opportunities. Conducting site visits to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proposal and Negotiation : Prepare compelling proposals and bids aligned with client needs. Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaboration and Reporting : Partner with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the security industry.
  • Proven track record of securing 168-hour manned guarding contracts or similar deals.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the security industry, compliance, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with operational requirements for 168-hour services.
