Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an individual to help us to create and build our Inside Sales function within a busy and growing healthcare software business. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing our CRM system and generating business to business leads from within the Healthcare sector. This will include warm calling, developing a calling schedule and booking call backs. You will be responsible for nurturing all prospects and converting to a live opportunity for the sales team to progress. The role requires a close working relationship to be developed with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth handover and acceptance of leads. You could be the ideal person if this role if you can demonstrate that you are
- Passionate about excellent telephone etiquette
- Confident talking to new contacts
- Have previous CRM (Ideally Hubspot) experience
- Target and results driven
- Enthusiastic with a positive approach
- Calm and professional under pressure
- An excellent brand ambassador
- Comfortable to work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and absorb information about our products and the sectors they are used in
- Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000
- Location: Hybrid – Remote & occasional travel to our office in Ashford, Kent
