Safety Advisor

Job Title: Safety Advisor Location: Vancouver based - Fully Remote Work Type: Full Time Pay: $80K - $110K base About the Company: We are partnered with a leading Non-profit in the manufacturing space in BC. We’re looking for a passionate Safety Advisor – Generalist to help member clients implement safety programs, deliver training, and improve workplace health and safety. You’ll work with a collaborative team to make BC’s manufacturing industry safer. Responsibilities: Service Delivery

• Be the main contact for client safety needs.
• Provide training and briefings to promote safety.
• Assess client needs and create action plans.

• Share ideas in team meetings.
• Give feedback to improve safety programs.
• Keep up with professional safety training.

• Help create safety tools and resources.
• Design programs that meet industry standards.
• Inform members about safety services.

• Work remotely and in-office with travel in BC.
• Partner with teams, clients, and industry experts.

• Experience in occupational health and safety, especially in consulting or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of OHS regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to engage with members.
• A commitment to improving workplace safety through collaboration and education.
