Our client is a busy litigation firm with multiple offices across Canada. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-spirited Senior Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will have experience representing plaintiffs in employment law matters, with a background in contingency-based work. The ideal candidate will also have:
- A minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side experience, ideally in employment law
- Experienced with contingency-based work
- Good standing with the Law Society of BC
- LLB or equivalent law degree
- Self-sufficient and ability work with minimal supervision
- Employment law experience considered an asset
- 100% remote
- Annual bonus including up to $10,000
