Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution
- Craft and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Canada.
- Identify new opportunities and partnerships, unlocking untapped sales channels and enhancing market share.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with retail and distribution partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
- Maximize eCommerce sales by refining product listings, driving targeted marketing campaigns, and executing impactful promotions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and deliver actionable insights through accurate forecasts and reports.
- Partner with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably with Canadian customers or within the Canadian market.
- Proven success in eCommerce and retail sales is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented with an assertive approach to follow-up and closing deals.
- Strong administrative abilities, self-motivation, and a knack for working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.
- Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of electricity.
- Comfort working on ladders at heights of 20-25 feet.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Fluency in both English and French is preferred.
