About the Role: Acquiring net new business using our technology and marketing tools through prospecting targeted businesses in Canada or USA that will ship freight throughout North America Act as a consultant to build collaborative relationships and deliver customer centric solutions Targeting large businesses as well as SMB clients and managing the comprehensive sales cycle, inclusive of initial acquisition and future growth Develop a pipeline of clients to achieve and exceed targets (annually and quarterly) Working collaboratively with Operations to identify customer growth opportunities and initiate portfolio growth Utilize various sales methodologies as required to deliver suitable customer solutions and develop long term relationships with clientele Focus on growth of the comprehensive portfolio by delivering sales excellence Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, large and medium book of business an asset
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Transportation/ Logistics/ Supply Chain industry
- Experience meeting quotas in a professional sales role
- Creative and resourceful skillset to connect with prospects and generate net new business.
- Experience in researching and qualifying clients and managing a sales pipeline
- Track record of high performance and practicing excellence
- A self-motivated and incentive-driven problem solver that is willing to challenge the status quo

- Post secondary diploma/ certification
