KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Investment Operations Oversight - Ensure accurate and timely execution of all investment-related activities, including trade settlements, trade confirmations, asset servicing, and reporting.

- Lead process improvement initiatives, management reporting, custodian management, and internal controls to enhance operational workflows.

- Act as a point of escalation for advisors within the IAPN, providing operational support, updates, and timely resolutions to escalate inquiries related to Wealth Management.

- Accountable for the team’s adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that investment operations meet client and organizational standards. 2. Insurance & Group Benefit Operations Oversight - Oversee the processing and administration of new business and in-force policy servicing within insurance and group benefits, ensuring timely follow-up on underwriting, policy changes, and benefits administration.

- Act as a point of escalation for advisors within the IAPN, providing operational support, updates, and timely resolutions to escalate inquiries related to insurance and group benefits.

- Coordinate with technology teams to optimize systems and data management, integrating digital solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy within insurance and group benefit operations.

- Ultimately accountable for delivery on SLAs and KPIs within insurance and group benefit operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with organizational expectations. 3. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure all investment, insurance, and group benefit operations comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.

- Collaborate with the COO and Compliance Analyst to implement risk mitigation strategies, monitor regulatory adherence, and maintain internal controls to minimize operational and reputational risks.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory environments impacting investment, insurance, and group benefits operations, ensuring that all processes within accountable business units adhere to current industry standards and compliance requirements. 4. Team Leadership and Development - Supervise and mentor a team of Portfolio Administrators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities across investment, insurance, and group benefit operations.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting adherence to policies and procedures while achieving service standards.

- Set and track team goals in collaboration with the COO, building a high performance, client-centered team. 5. Client Service and Reporting - Serve as an escalation point for client inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of issues across all service lines.

- Oversee the preparation and distribution of client reporting, including investment updates, policy details, benefits summaries, and other required documents.

- Ensure exceptional client service standards by actively monitoring and addressing any service delivery issues, fostering client satisfaction and trust. 6. Process and Technology Integration - Work directly with the COO to identify and implement operational improvements within the Product Solution teams.

- Lead the adoption and integration of digital tools to streamline workflows across investment, insurance, and group benefit operations, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption.

- Evaluate technology solutions and operational processes, focusing on continuous improvement to support firms digital transformation goals. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES - Relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including advisors within the IAPN

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach

- Demonstrated expertise in building digitally enabled organizations with a focus on robust data management and effective reporting

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards in investment, insurance, and group benefits

- Strong interpersonal and people management skills

- Critical thinking and analytical abilities to resolve complex issues effectively QUALIFICATIONS - University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 8-10 years of operations management experience within wealth management, insurance, or group benefits, including work with MGAs and insurance carriers

- Proficient in regulatory compliance, investment management, insurance, and group benefits administration

- Strong leadership skills with proven experience inspiring and developing high performing teams

- Technologically skilled, with experience in process optimization tools, back-office systems, and CRM software

- Proven experience collaborating with MGAs, custodians, and product providers is essential, bringing a strong network and deep industry insight to enhance operational effectiveness and partnership alignment.
