About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and driven Regional Human Resources Manager to join our clients team. Reporting to the Snr Executive Leader, this role will lead the HR team for Canada and US, serving as a strategic advisor, coach, and operational partner. The Regional HR Manager will provide guidance on a broad range of HR matters, ensuring the consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and programs while upholding corporate values and aligning with best HR practices. This position may require occasional travel to various locations. As a trusted Business Partner, the Regional Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with Management and Associates across the Canadian and US locations, in non-unionized environments. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams—including Distribution, Sales, and Customer Experience—to address diverse HR needs. Additionally, the Regional HR Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing national human resource initiatives. You will also lead Health & Safety activities across our diverse locations though we have a very experience Health and Safety Coordinator in place. With a team of 1,000 non-union employees, this role is all about collaboration, trust-building, and intentional communication. Why This Role Stands Out:

- Support stores with employment policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance appraisals, recruitment activities, and training initiatives.
- Manage an HRIS platform and ensure seamless onboarding for new employees.
- Organize events such as Town Halls, regional meetings, and conventions.
- Provide OHS support and ensure compliance across locations.
- Manage WCB, LTD claims, and return-to-work processes.
- Implement safety programs and conduct audits.
- Launch a new employee benefits plan with flexible components.
- Design a length-of-service award program.
- Create onboarding videos and facilitate in-person training programs.
- A degree in HR or CPHR designation (ADP WorkForce Now experience is a plus).
- Proven success managing HR and OHS functions for multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- On-Site: 90% of your time in the office, with occasional travel.
- Travel Expectations: Regional meetings once a year, conventions every few years. Total travel time is minimal—up to 10 days per year.
- Must be permitted to travel to the U.S to visit the stores in the US.
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $115,000/year.
