RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Outreach & Introduction:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers via email or calls to
- introduce SPS offerings, promotions, and partnership programs.
- Update and maintain SPS CRM (HubSpot) and customer database for
- efficient sales tracking.
- Promptly follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure customer
- satisfaction.
- Manage SPS WhatsApp for sales and marketing communication with
- professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to share information and execute sales
- and marketing plans.
- Seek partnerships with institutes, universities, and organizations to expand
- business networks.
- Represent SPS by attending events, trade shows, or conferences as
- needed.
- Prepare and process quotations and invoices accurately and timely.
- Assist in training registration, confirmation, and certificate issuance for
- participants.
- Coordinate HRD Claimable Course applications with HRD Corp.
- Support in preparation for public training and events.
- Organize training logistics including venue, materials, registration, and
- certifications.
- Maintain communication with participants via email, WhatsApp, etc.,
- providing necessary information and support.
