Key Responsibilities Ticketing and Booking:

  • Manage flight ticketing and reservations using GDS (Global Distribution System) tools.
  • Book accommodation, transportation, and other travel services for clients.
Ground Handling:
  • Coordinate with local and international ground operators to arrange tours, transfers, and activities.
  • Build relationships with reliable ground service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
Costing and Budgeting:
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and calculate competitive pricing for travel packages.
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
Customer Service:
  • Provide pre- and post-travel support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Customize travel packages to meet client preferences and budgets.
Market Research and Strategy:
  • Research new travel destinations, trends, and services to expand the company’s offerings.
  • Develop promotional materials and collaborate with the marketing team to attract new clients.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to understand client needs and tailor packages accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payment processing and reconciliation.
Organizing and accompanying clients: • Organizing and accompanying clients on FAM trips and inspection trips

Qualifications

  • Experience in ticketing and travel operations (knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in costing and budgeting for travel packages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Umrah and outbound travel operations is highly desirable.
Requirements
  • Requires candidates with minimum 2 years of working experience in the Travel industry.
  • Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - Malay & English
  • Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry.
  • Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour.
  • Basic computer skill (Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary)
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
  • Experience in ticketing will be advantage
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

8:30 am to 1:30 pm (Saturday)
