This is including process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Partner with the best As a Statutory Senior Analyst you will be the focal point for external auditors in Baker Hughes. You will responsible for US GAAP deliverables to Consolidations team and Product Company Controllers . You will be working along with a group of professionals supporting various financial functions centralized at Global Finance Organization. As a Statutory Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing of Management and Statutory financial statements, coordination audit requests by working closely with Functional team, Business, Tax, Legal and Operations.
- Providing the financial statements and audit pack to auditors in compliance to the local statutory requirements.
- Working with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the client’s well construction or production objectives.
- Performing analytical reviews, variance Analysis for S2G Walk, assessing the quality of data and working with the team to solve issues.
- Extracting insight from data and explain, giving root cause analysis and recommendation to relevant stakeholders.
- Managing reporting deliverables to Consolidation & Reporting with quality and punctuality in accordance with US GAAP reporting.
- Performing under minimal supervision, evaluate, maintain and improve efficiency of financial processes.
- Have degree from accredited academic institution in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA
- Have minimum 4 to 5 years working experience in Big 4 Audit Firm and in statutory finance planning/analysis field or similar.
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of Statutory and IFRS/US GAAP.
- Have good interpersonal skills with good team work spirit, analytical mindset, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Be able to speak English and Mandarin with good oral and written communication skills. China audit experience is a plus point and preference.
- Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle and performing quick analysis on SAP cross functional analysis.
