A Senior Intercompany Analyst is responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions between subsidiaries within a company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies and regulations. Client Details A globally known shared service centre. Description

  • Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
  • Collaborate with country controllers to investigate and resolve imbalances or disputed items related to unreconciled transactions.
  • Manage month-end intercompany tasks, addressing corporate team inquiries, investigating issues, and providing resolutions during the closing process.
  • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation in line with Finance Manual Policy and investigate any discrepancies identified.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues when needed.
Profile The candidate should have a minimum of an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, or a related professional qualification. They should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Shared Services environment. The candidate must be able to work across different regions, collaborating with all levels of the organization to ensure month-end deliverables are met. They should be inquisitive and analytical, with the ability to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate solutions. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly ORACLE, is required, and knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage. Job Offer
