- Degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Prior experience in banking or payment industry is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with good problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and beyond the extended hours when necessary.
- You will be part of a dynamic payment solution team and you will primarily be responsible for gathering, analysing and reviewing business requirements to ensure a successful delivery of a payment system. Other responsibilities includes:
- Gathering business requirements from multiple stakeholders and produce Solution Design Document.
- Deliver correct system design, business rules, process flows and other relevant deliverables.
- Work closely with Solution Architect and development team to ensure the team understands the requirements and process flow.
- Responsible for capturing new business requirements or change request and communicating them with development team.
- Facilitating project management team on project implementation.
- Breaking down technical and architectural requirements so that the entire team understands the infrastructure and system requirements.

- Maintain documentation regarding project, processes and operations.
