- UX Writing for Digital Platforms - Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including product names, labels and navigational elements, error messages, emails, tutorials, product pages, and notifications).
- UX & Content Strategy - Offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process, and influence strategic decisions across and within products to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Develop and implement best copy by contributing to the design system to ensure consistency across our entire products and platforms.
- Ensure consistent style for all customerfacing text by complying with general reference materials, style guides and tone & voice guidelines.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to get consumer insights to write effective and quality content.
- Partner with designers, researchers, product managers, other UX writers and engineers to deliver compelling content solutions.
- Conduct workshops across different functional teams to collaborate and solve complex UX problems.
- Lead projects across the different product stages and multiple product launches. Together with these cross-functional partners, set the vision for the user experience and build the space for others to collaborate.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 3 years of professional writing experience
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu
- Proficient in creating content for web/mobile products, emails, landing pages, and more
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in crafting long-form editorial content and storytelling
- Knowledge of email marketing and social media channels is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CX, UX, and digital product development processes
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using Figma or other design tools
