Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with concerns, complaints, returns, upgrades, and purchases. You’ll also provide guidance and technical support in various settings, such as home, office, or call centers.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or back-office role within the airline/travel industry, including expertise in GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus).
Alternatively, 1–3 years of experience in a customer care role handling international travel accounts using GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus).
College-level education preferred, or at least completed high school (old curriculum) or Senior High School (K-12).
Strong communication skills (average to excellent).
