We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Platforms Architect @Annalect India specializing in Applications Migration that involves designing, planning, and overseeing the migration of applications, often in the cloud. - Develop and execute comprehensive migration strategies for applications, ensuring minimal disruption to Quote to Cash/Demand to Deliver business operations. Analyze and implement migration methods for existing systems that includes project code creation at project/task level, analysis of existing project/task code construct and migration of existing project code architecture into new platform
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the migration process. Oversee assigned programs and assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient architectures for migrated applications. Establish design patterns and best practices for application migration and modernization
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders in Client Success, HR, IT and external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals. Build deep relationships with decision-makers within customer accounts to enable them to be “Cloud advocates”
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the architect community. Develop and maintain documentation for migration processes and architectures
- Experience and Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), migration tools , Workforce Management tools like Adobe Workfront, JIRA and ERP such as SAP SuccessFactor and CRM tools such as PEGA, Salesforce.
- Prior experience of working in staff augmentation industries with exposure to handling migrations of Quote to Cash/Demand to Deploy processes (starting from demand creation to delivery)
- 8+ years in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
- 6+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, or cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are often preferred
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or Prince2) preferred
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during migration. Ability to anticipate and plan for escalating demands on existing and emerging platforms
