HCLTech is hiring Stibo MDM Consultant || Bangalore/Chennai/Noida Job Title: Stibo MDM Overall Experience: 13 to 15 years. Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Noida Skills: Stibo MDM, Education: Masters/BE Graduation No of positions: 2 We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong academic background, ideally from top-tier institutions or renowned B-Schools, who are passionate about making an impact and contributing to our dynamic team. However, we value skills, experience, and drive above all, so we encourage all qualified candidates to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- 12-14 years of overall MDM engagement experience
- STIBO Techno-Functional experience of around 8 to 10 years
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with implementations of STIBO Systems’ STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform and expert knowledge of STIBO STEP implementation - including STEP Configuration; STEP Workflows and Business Rules, STEPXML, WebUI, DAM and Integration Endpoints.
- Proven business acumen in design and implementation of STEP product domain.
- Good knowledge of MDM ingestion/ publish mechanism( Real Time, Batch)
- Experience in the areas of MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate across teams, internal and external at all levels.
- Experience in working in Agile teams, and working independently with Business stakeholders providing solutions and regular updates
