Presales Solutions Architect

Looking for a Presales Solution Architect for our North America Business unit. This role focus into North American market - Looking for candidates with prior US market exposure. Shift Timings - 2pm IST to 10pm IST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process, including proposal creation, solution presentations, and demonstrations.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to gather technical insights and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and market trends to contribute to product enhancement and development.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.
- Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience, with a strong background as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role in Retail domain/Lifesciences domain
- Deep understanding of Retail Application ecosystem and data sets/Lifesciences Application ecosystem and data sets
- Proven track record in technical pre-sales, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep expertise in solution architecture, including designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for complex business challenges.
- Strong understanding of multiple technology domains, including but not limited to cloud computing, data & analytics, integrations, and application development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; Master's degree preferred.
