About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect to design, develop, and guide the implementation of enterprise-level Java applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software architecture, team leadership, and cutting-edge technologies, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
- Architect solutions leveraging microservices, cloud platforms, and modern frameworks.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and Hibernate.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex architectural challenges.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Certification in AWS/Azure solutions architecture.
