Job: Technical Support Lead Job Location: Fully Remote- Pan India Job Mode: Permanent with Mindteck Salary: Open to discuss Must have skills: - Strong experience in technical support or development. - Good Knowledge and exposure to Hadoop Ecosystem – Hive, Impala, HDFS, kudu, HBase, Spark. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Java &/or Python, SQL/Shell Scripting knowledge, - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Linux OS - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Administration and Troubleshooting in the Cloudera ecosystem. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ANSI-SQL - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Apache Nifi. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Confluent Kafka - Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM framework of support management. - Good understanding of Team management, people management along with 24x7 shift/Roster Management. - Should have excellent written and spoken business communication skills. - Should be willing to go the extra mile to deliver and manage the team as and when required/situations arise. - Preferred Notice Period – 30 days or immediate joiners preferred.
