About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will design engaging visuals across digital platforms, marketing collateral, and product interfaces. You’ll play a key role in shaping RaptorX’s brand identity and delivering impactful designs for customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Brand Identity Design: Maintain and evolve RaptorX’s branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Create unique and modern design elements like logos, typography, and gradients in alignment with our color scheme. Marketing Collateral: Design high-quality graphics for presentations, pitch decks, website banners, brochures, and social media campaigns. Develop infographics, data visualizations, and illustrations to explain complex ideas visually (e.g., fraud detection workflows). Product Design Support: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create mockups and UI assets for dashboards and user interfaces. Help enhance user experience by designing intuitive, visually appealing elements for our platform. Campaigns and Promotions: Create visuals for campaigns, customer success stories, and PR events. Design eye-catching digital assets such as emails, ads, and landing pages for global marketing initiatives. Innovative Visual Content: Develop motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated visuals for presentations and website use. Keep up with design trends to ensure RaptorX stands out in the competitive fintech market. Requirements: Experience & Portfolio: Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, preferably with fintech, SaaS, or startup exposure. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI/UX assets, marketing visuals, and creative campaigns. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and tools like Figma or Sketch. Knowledge of motion graphics or animation software is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender). Familiarity with creating data visualizations and infographics for technical topics. Creativity & Collaboration: Ability to simplify complex concepts into clean, engaging visuals. Strong collaboration skills to work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams.
