Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, web etc)
- Experience in running Google ads, Facebook ads & Instagram ads.
- Hand-on experience on marketing automation tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, GetResponse etc
- Segment and maintain the marketing database to ensure effective targeting and personalization.
- Create and optimize landing pages, email templates and workflows to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure lead quality.
- Get onto calls with Indian and international clients for converting leads.
- Stay updated on marketing automation trends and best practices, recommending improvements to the existing system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the marketing automation platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation and digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, and others, along with skills in database segmentation and workflow optimization.
- Strong communication skills to engage with Indian and international clients for lead conversions.
