Job Titles: Technical Lead /Scrum Master/Functional lead Location: Anywhere from India (Remote only) Job Type: Permanent Experience: 6-8 years (Immediate Joiners are highly recommended) Job Overview: We are seeking Technical/Functional Leads/Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JIRA, along with abasic understanding of Scrum. In this role, you will lead the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring the solution is robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in agile project management practices. Key Responsibilities:  Lead the technical design, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.  Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to meet business requirements.  Utilize JIRA to track tasks, monitor progress, and manage sprint activities.  Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with CRM capabilities.  Assist with agile practices and Scrum ceremonies as needed.  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 CRM. Key Requirements:  Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).  Proficiency in JIRA for managing tasks and tracking project progress.  Basic understanding of Scrum or experience in agile methodologies.  Experience with customization and integration of D365.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, agile environment.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
