- A registered nurse with NMBI and at least 5 years of nursing experience , including management or leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of residential care services and regulatory requirements .
- Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to work as part of a collaborative management team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for older adults.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
