Job Description

SEP Schools are seeking subject teachers for the academic year 2025-2026. Our group comprises successful American, British and National curriculum schools across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. We now seek dynamic subject teachers to support the growth of our schools’ enrolment. We are looking for highly skilled and passionate subject teachers (all subjects) to join our dynamic team at SEP Schools in the Gulf region for the academic year 2025-2026. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced educators to work in a world-class school environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and academic excellence.

Job Requirements

Candidates should:
  1. Be creative and forward-thinking professionals who are motivated to offer the best education to their students.
  2. Have a proven track record of providing high quality and results-focused teaching and learning within their subject.
  3. Show passion for the use of technology and innovation within the curriculum.
  4. Have a clear understanding of excellent practice and helping students to achieve and exceed their potential.
  5. Ensure students flourish by creating a positive climate for learning, supporting the holistic development of each student, with a strong emphasis on well-being in an intercultural context.
  6. Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence, and a good sense of humour, effectively collaborating within a range of teams.
  7. Fully support SEP’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  8. Go the extra mile for students, contributing to the wider life of the school, including the co-curricular programme and community events.
  9. Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential. A recognised teaching qualification and/or license is desirable.
