The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotel & Resorts, Saeed Bin Al Aas St; C Ring Road Umm Ghuwailina Area, Doha What will I be doing? As a Hostess, you will ensure guests feel welcome and attended to during their dining experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  1. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  3. Assist with guest inquiries and provide recommendations.
What are we looking for? A Hostess serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
  1. Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role.
  2. Positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  3. Commitment to providing excellent service.
  4. Ability to handle busy periods gracefully.
