Maintenance technicians are responsible for the upkeep and repair of facilities and their assets. Their duties can include: Building maintenance Repairing wiring, replacing light bulbs, and installing new equipment like boilers or other machinery System maintenance REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools Must pass a background check and drug test Flexible schedule Salary: Negotiable
