Key Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive member of our Sales team, providing personalized consultations and guiding customers through their projects, from the initial meeting to after-sales support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and trends.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into bespoke design solutions, blending functionality with aesthetics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a showroom, retail, or sales role, ideally within home improvement, luxury goods, or architectural products.
• Proven sales ability, with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and empathize with customers.
• Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with design software is a plus, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• A customer-focused attitude, coupled with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a keen eye for design.
• An interest in interior design or architecture is highly desirable.
