Production Operator

Flexsource are currently recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operator for our client based in Swords, Co. Dublin. Our client is a large and growing pharmaceutical company, who are eager for experienced manufacturing operators. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment. Salary: €17.91 per hour, before shift allowance Hours: 24/7 pattern

Key Duties:

1. Work with the manufacturing operations group, project design team, the CQV team, and the Automation/CSV reps to facilitate the development and validation of the manufacturing facility.
2. Support Equipment Design/HAZOP and Room programming reviews.
3. Support Operations team to consistently deliver on specific area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g., EHS metrics, Production Plan, OEE, compliance and team training.
4. Execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Generate SOPs/Electronic Batch Records.
6. Adhere to Right First-Time principles.
7. Provide assistance and/or support maintenance, engineering, quality or other colleagues as requested.
8. Escalate issues as appropriate to Process Lead.

Key Requirements:

1. 3 years’ experience in a GMP Manufacturing requirement shall be deemed equivalent.
