Full Stack Engineer

Role: Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, AWS) Experience: Min 3 years Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate Salary: Rs. 15,000/month Contract : 8 months Nice To Have: E-commerce, Strong core concepts. Role Description: As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for building components from scratch.

• Building admin portal UI
• Building rest APIs for mobile apps and admin portal
• Database Management
• System analysis and design
• Hosting and deployments

You should have a strong understanding of ReactJS, NodeJS, cloud hosting platforms like AWS and Google Cloud, and be proficient in database management, security best practices, and developing scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise, communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience leading development teams. Key Responsibilities: Backend Development:

• Develop and maintain backend services and logic using NodeJS.
• Build and integrate REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain Admin Panel to manage the platform’s business and user data.
• Solid understanding on integrating 3rd party API, SDKs.

Full Stack Development:

• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure smooth integration of backend services with ReactJS frontend.
• Manage cloudbased hosting solutions, particularly AWS and Google Cloud.
• Work on business model understanding and translation into technical solutions.

Security & Data Management:

• Implement security measures to protect user data and ensure safe communication across the system.
• Manage database systems, ensuring efficient storage, access, and integrity of data.

Process & Communication:

• Use Jira for task management and project tracking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and provide technical leadership.
• Prepare ERD (EntityRelationship Diagrams) and Flowcharts for system architecture and processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, and backend technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS hosting, Google Cloud APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in RESTful API development and integration with thirdparty services, particularly payment gateways.
• Solid understanding of core programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and data security best practices.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a distributed team.
• Previous experience as a team lead is a plus, with the ability to manage and mentor junior developers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira for task and project management.
• Knowledge of ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and Flowchart creation for system design and process understanding.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and libraries (e.g., Express.js, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and other DevOps practices.
• Understanding of business models and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
