Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Remote Years Of Experience: 10+ Years THIS ROLE REQUIRES SCRUM MASTER CERTIFICATION (CSM) Job Description: Our team is seeking an Experienced Scrum Master to join us. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring dev team delivers on defined deliverables. You will communicate the work objectives, coordinate deliveries, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards and provide end to end visibility into the health of the deliverables, Responsibilities will also include documenting requirements, analysis and test results Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum master for a distributed team
• Should have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence and other tools
• Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations
• Conduct, Document and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective
• Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process
• Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management
• Define Governance plan and track deliverables
• Coaches team members on Scrum principles and best practices Helps the team improve 
• Helps the team become self-reliant through techniques like self-organization and conflict resolution Manages impediments 
• Removes obstacles so the team can focus on getting work done Communicates and collaborates
• Facilitates communication and collaboration between leadership and team players Helps the product owner 
• Helps the product owner refine and maintain the product backlog Facilitates scrum events
• Facilitates scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
