Target Recruitment A member of WMS Group (15C7744) Job Title Leasing Operation Executive @ West-6 days/Urgent(DL) Location Toh Guan Rd East Salary $2200-$3500 Work Week 6 Minimum Qualification N-Level Experience 1-2 years Job Description/Requirements Min 1-2 years in Automotive Industry Similar experience in the vehicle leasing and machinery leasing industry (MUST) Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point (MUST) Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with clients Flexible, resilient mindset and able to deal with difficult customers Min. Class 3 driving licence Assist with day-to-day operation In charge of the full process of the leasing sales Prepare the vehicle and carry out Pre-Delivery Inspection Prepare Leasing Agreement and documents for customer signing Explain the leasing terms & conditions to customer Assist customer in the vehicle inspection Email Leasing Agreement to customer Picking up customer calls, and responding to emails Provide after sales support for all customer feedback Support and make arrangement for vehicle breakdown including the issuance of replacement vehicle Support and make arrangement for accidents involving our leasing vehicle Keep track of all vehicle’s movement within our premises Ensure that all vehicles are always ready to be deployed and delivered Updating daily vehicle floating list Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Contact Tel: 62723490 Remarks Kindly send your resume and indicate your availability and salary expectation.
