The incumbent will be part of a high-performing team that works cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and operations teams to develop new capabilities, improve merchant experience, and reduce barriers that prevent people from driving payments and commerce on the company's platforms. Job Responsibilities Lead relationships with partners and merchants to drive payments adoption. Evangelize our new products and platform features to partners/merchants through partner teams, 1-on-1 relationships, or scale events and conferences. Scope opportunities in the market and build channels and pipeline to drive merchant acquisition. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities for payments in the market. Provide partner and merchant feedback to inform and influence product roadmaps. Help drive product tests for merchants. Increase the effectiveness of XFN teams by recognizing, implementing, and scaling opportunities for MFT products and strategies. Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and experiences that create scale and meaningful ecosystem value. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years related experience working within the sales, partnerships, merchant services, scaled services, or business development space. Experience with Payments, Messaging Commerce, E-Commerce, or Food delivery. Entrepreneurial outlook, able to work in chaos and flux, a go-getter who takes initiatives and drives projects; has strong project management experience. Experienced communicator capable of presenting ideas to external and internal audiences. Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, matrix organizations. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Should have good communication skills and be fluent in English and Filipino as the role will focus on merchants in the Philippines and will need to speak in the Filipino language.
