Clinic Manager (TCM, 5.5 days)

Responsibilities Ensure safe and smooth running of the clinic Accompany and assist Physician for out of clinic visits to patients Collate clinic patient and sales statistics (extract from software) and present in PowerPoint format Upload articles and clinic updates on social media platform Contact vendors with regards to ordering of medicine, needles, IT matters etc Responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments Registration of patients, dispensing herbs/medications and payment collection General administrative duties in clinic such as manage office supplies Job Requirements Dip/Deg with min 3 years of relevant experience Basic computer knowledge (PowerPoint, social media etc) Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm), Wednesday half day (9am to 1pm), closed on Sunday and Public Holiday Working location: Novena All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
