Oversee the provision of general administration support. The key areas include: Insurance administration Transport services Mail and dispatch services Record management Procurement and maintenance of vehicles Procurement and maintenance of office equipment Procurement of office stationery and related peripherals Management of these areas in the Administration Department: Employee performance management and engagement IT systems Budgeting, monitoring and control of expenditures Adherence to company's policies Requirements : Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university. 5 years of relevant working experience in administration. Experience in managing projects and heading a department or a large team. Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, planning and organising skills and staff management. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008, Business Excellence framework, general IT knowledge.
