Senior Pharmacist - Singapore - Singhealth Community Hospitals You will play a crucial role in delivering pharmaceutical care by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and intervene in acute or chronic illness. Your responsibilities will include identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related problems. You will also recommend and monitor patient drug therapy and provide drug information. To succeed in this role, you will need to interact effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of services and achieve desired patient outcomes through safe, timely, and cost-effective drug therapy. Key Responsibilities Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceuticals. Provide education to patients, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare practitioners. Requirements Graduate from a School of Pharmacy recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Valid membership with local professional bodies/associations is preferred where applicable. Experience as a Pharmacist in relevant clinical settings and demonstrated competency is an advantage.
