Job Descriptions Perform market research and generate interest in our applications Provide phone, e-mail, remote (80%) and onsite (20%) support Assist in testing software before release to customers Ability to deliver online training to customers Involve in business analysis for new feature development Create user guides for product features End to end service delivery from pre-sales demo, implementation and testing Participate in installation, upgrade of software and assist in documentation of software products Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Working experience in business application support Experience in vendor environment Required Skill(s): Basic MSSQL queries, HR/ERP/Accounting Software Support Preferably have experience working in long term care or charity sector Team player with good analytical skills Looking for someone with support and project implementation for off the shelf ERP or accounting products #J-18808-Ljbffr
