As a member of the KSA BD Pursuits Team, you will be focused on serving an account portfolio to drive relationship development and operational excellence across the Service Lines. This role covers the RFP lifecycle: identification, circulation, proposal submissions, post-qualification, awarding & contracting.

The Role

Building relationships

  1. Being connected to your client’s business agenda and leveraging the global EY network to connect our clients to the right people.
  2. Helping to develop broad and deep client relationships, with Procurement and beyond.
  3. Engaging with the account teams in the field to support their most important pursuits.

Operational Excellence

  1. Managing the RFP pipeline of direct invitations & public tenders across the account portfolio.
  2. Acting as the first point of contact to answer questions in a timely manner from the Pursuit Team and the Client, redirecting to other internal teams as required, escalating as necessary.
  3. Leveraging and driving strategic pursuit tools and methodologies.
  4. Promoting quality and effective risk management and compliance through consistent review of work deliverables and suggestions for improvement.
  5. Providing insights on best practice proposal submissions and ensuring compliance with the RFP requirements.
  6. Building up an understanding of the strategic commercial methodology to optimize account margin for a winning proposal.
  7. Collaborating across the KSA Enablement teams, ensuring a good working relationship with others internally.
